negative impacts of sprawl on schools, taxes, traffic, open space, and
the environment and helps voters identify the best, most dedicated and
trustworthy anti-sprawl candidates, regardless of political party, and
helps them get elected to office" by interviewing candidates for local
public office and then endorsing those who support anti-sprawl policies.
